Commitment & Transparency

At Sally B Coaching, we commit to professionalism and integrity. Clients are expected to honor their financial agreements.

1. Currency & Regional Pricing

· Fees are billed in your local currency (USD, ZAR, AUD, EUR, or GBP).

· Rates may vary by region.

· All transfer, banking, or conversion fees are your responsibility.

2. Program Fees & Payment

· Full payment is required upfront before services begin.

· All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

· Programs may automatically convert to a month-to-month structure after your initial term, billed on the 1st of each month.

3. Notice & Cancellation

· To pause or cancel ongoing services, you must provide 14 days’ written notice (email or WhatsApp).

· No refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-program or after a billing cycle has begun.

· Failure to provide notice before your next billing date will result in automatic renewal.

4. Late Payments

· Payments must be made by the due date.

· Late payments may incur a 5% penalty (or $25 USD equivalent).

· Services will be suspended until payments are settled.

5. Chargebacks

By enrolling, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes via your bank or card provider. All billing concerns should be addressed directly with Sally B Coaching for resolution.
