Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to confidential mediation or binding arbitration in Cape Town, South Africa, under recognized arbitration rules (e.g., AFSA or UNCITRAL).

You agree to bring any claims individually and waive class-action or collective proceedings.
